Polymaster's full range of Diesel tanks have options to cater for almost any Diesel transfer situation.
Polymaster's Diesel Tanks have a long history. From the very first discussion, through researching, planning, designs, mould making, manufacture, then testing, testing and testing!
We first released Polymaster Diesel Tanks over 12 years ago, but have been continually updating our design and specifications ever since, in accordance with the requirements of the related industries.
We are meticulous about the quality in every facet of our Diesel Tanks. The specialised grade of polyethylene material that the diesel tanks are manufactured from is specifically formulated for Polymaster Diesel Tanks. This material meets diesel grade which prevents migration and is tested to the IBC standard.
Each one of our Diesel Tanks is individually tested before being despatched to ensure each tank meets our strict quality standards.
The Polymaster range of tanks begins with the Dieselmaster Ute Packs™. Both the 200 litre and the 400 litre have all fittings and pump safely under a lockable lid providing protection from weather and damage. The compact free standing units have a steel filling plate and cap for easy access, while the splash proof breather protects against expensive and messy diesel spillages while travelling. Both of these tanks are certified with Worksafe approval to Packing Group 3, and approved to the UN specification for Diesel Transport by road and rail.
The range continues to the larger Transport Tanks. This includes a 600 litre, 800 litre, 1200 litre and a 2000 litre. An anti-static, anti-splash filler pipe comes standard on all of these tanks, with a heavy duty bolted steel filler plate for rigid mounting and allowing full tank inspection. Three different pump options are available on these tanks to ensure you meet your specific requirements.
As you will see, an extensive range of accessories is also available, from Ute Pack™ Mounting Frames to Fuel Meters, various Trigger Nozzles and many Pump kits.
