How do I know when my Rainwater Tank will be delivered?
Delivery Process FAQ
Our logistics department will be in contact with you 7 days prior to delivery to:
- Confirm your delivery address
- Advise you of the access guidelines for delivery to your property
- Confirm if you will be onsite when the delivery arrives
In addition to this, we will require a flat area of 5 metres by 5 metres at your property to safely unload the tank. Please ensure this area is clear and accessible upon delivery. This is essential to avoid any delays or complications during the unloading process.
We can also offer a courtesy call prior to your delivery if required.
