Polymaster Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions 

By participating in these promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

General Terms and Conditions 

• GST: All pricing shown is inclusive of GST. 
• Stock Availability: These offers are available only through participating Polymaster distributors and stores. No rainchecks will be offered. 
• Combination with Other Offers: These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Polymaster discounts or promotions. 
• Delivery Conditions: Free Delivery applies within Polymaster Designated Delivery Zones only. Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas. For tanks smaller than 13,000L, there is a $110 Inc. GST charge to deliver on site. All rainwater tanks, delivery is free to the closest Polymaster distributor within Zone 1. • Customisation: Customisation options are available for large tanks, such as fitting locations, which will be completed at our manufacturing facility before delivery. 
• Dimensions: All dimensions provided are approximate only. 
• Warranty: Warranty periods advertised apply only to Polymaster manufactured products. 
• Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law. 

Polymaster Large Water Tank Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Polymaster Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 457 763) of 161 Karinie Street, Swan Hill, VIC 3585.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 1 December 2024 and concludes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 28 February 2025.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Purchase any Polymaster water tank with a capacity between 9,000 litres and 50,000 litres (inclusive) from an authorised Polymaster distributor during the promotion period.
b) Complete and submit the competition entry form available at https://www.polymaster.com.au/large-rainwater-tanks-summer-2024/, providing:

1. Full name
2. Contact details (phone number and email address)
3. Name of the store where the product was purchased
4. A clear image of the proof of purchase

Each valid proof of purchase entitles the entrant to one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate proof of purchase.

5. Proof of Purchase Requirements
The proof of purchase must clearly display:

1. Name of the business where the product was purchased
2. Australian Business Number (ABN) of the business
3. Date of purchase
4. Description of the goods purchased
5. Amount charged for the goods

6. Prizes
The total prize pool is AUD $8,500, comprising:

1. 1st Prize: AUD $5,000
2. 2nd Prize: AUD $2,500
3. 3rd Prize: AUD $1,000

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

7. Draw Details
The prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 20 March 2025 at the promoter’s premises at 161 Karinie Street, Swan Hill, VIC 3585.
Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by phone or email within seven (7) business days of the draw.
Winners’ names will be published on the Polymaster website at https://www.polymaster.com.au/ by 27 March 2025.

9. Prize Claim
Winners must claim their prize by providing their bank account details for electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 14 days of notification.
If a prize remains unclaimed by 3 April 2025, a redraw will be conducted at 12:00 pm AEDT on that date at the promoter’s premises.
Redraw winners will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) business days of the redraw and published on the Polymaster website by 10 April 2025.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.polymaster.com.au/terms/.

11. General Conditions
a) The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
b) The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
c) If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any relevant legislation.
