Polymaster Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

By participating in these promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

General Terms and Conditions

  • GST: All pricing shown is inclusive of GST.
  • Stock Availability: These offers are available only through participating Polymaster distributors and stores. No rainchecks will be offered.
  • Combination with Other Offers: These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Polymaster discounts or promotions.
  • Delivery Conditions: Free Delivery applies within Polymaster Designated Delivery Zones only. Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas. For tanks smaller than 13,000L, there is a $110 Inc. GST charge to deliver on site. For all rainwater tanks, delivery is free to the closest Polymaster distributor within Zone 1.   • Customisation: Customisation options are available for large tanks, such as fitting locations, which will be completed at our manufacturing facility before delivery.
  • Dimensions: All dimensions provided are approximate only.
  • Warranty: Warranty periods advertised apply only to Polymaster manufactured products.
  • Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Autumn 2026 – 2 x 22,500L Bulk Buy Promotion

1. Promotion Dates:
Offer valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026, inclusive.
2. Offer Details:

  • Offer: Purchase two (2) or more 22,500L Polymaster tanks in a single transaction to unlock the promotional pricing.
  • Promotional Price: AUD $3,175.00 (inc. GST) per tank.
  • Standard Price: The standard RRP is $3,250.00 per tank.
  • Savings Calculation: This represents a saving of $75.00 per tank off the RRP.
  • Example 1: Buy 2 tanks @ $3,175 ea = Total $6,350 (Save $150).
  • Example 2: Buy 3 tanks @ $3,175 ea = Total $9,525 (Save $225).

3. Eligible Locations (Southern Zone 1 Only):
This offer applies only to deliveries within Polymaster’s Southern Zone 1 area, which includes:

  • Victoria (entire state),
  • Southern New South Wales (approximately from Corryong through Yass, Hillston, Broken Hill, down to Mildura), and
  • South Australia (down to Port Pirie, including surrounding southern regions).

NOTE: This specific promotion excludes deliveries to South-East Queensland & North-East New South Wales within roughly 450 km of Ipswich (bordering areas such as Bundaberg, Theodore, Roma, and St George).

4. Eligibility:

  • The 2+ tanks must be delivered to the same delivery location; no split deliveries.
  • Offer valid for end-user purchases only.
  • Not valid for resellers, wholesalers, distributors, or Polymaster employees (and their families).

5. Redemption Requirements:

  • Purchase must be made from an authorised Polymaster distributor or store.
  • All two (2) tanks must be included in the same invoice/transaction.
  • Save is automatically applied at point of purchase; no separate redemption form is required.

6. Delivery Conditions:

  • Free delivery to site applies only to Zone 1 areas for tanks exceeding 13,000 L (and, as such, includes this promotion).
  • Delivery charges may apply for areas outside the specified Zone 1 region.
  • Delivery to store only is available for tanks under 13,000 L (not applicable to this offer).

7. Combination with Other Offers:
This offer cannot be combined with any other Polymaster discounts, promotions, or special offers.
8. Availability:
All offers are subject to stock availability. No rain-checks will be provided.
9. General Conditions:

  • Standard Polymaster warranties apply.
  • Polymaster reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Autumn 2026 – Sweep Trough Double Deal Promotion

1. Promotion Dates:
Offer valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026, inclusive.
2. Offer Details:

  • The Deal: Purchase any two (2) Polymaster Sweep Troughs in a single transaction and receive one (1) Bonus Sweep Trough Broom free of charge.
  • Eligible Trough Models:
    • SWP250 (250L) – RRP $920.00
    • SWP450 (450L) – RRP $1,060.00
  • Bonus Item: Customers may select one (1) broom from the following options:
    • STB250 (Suits 250L Trough)
    • STB450 (Suits 450L Trough)
  • Mix & Match: Customers may purchase two of the same size trough or one of each size to qualify. The customer may choose whichever broom size they prefer.

3. Eligible Locations:
This offer is available at participating dealers within Polymaster’s distribution network, including:

  • Victoria (entire state),
  • Southern New South Wales (approximately from Corryong through Yass, Hillston, Broken Hill, down to Mildura), and
  • South Australia (down to Port Pirie, including surrounding southern regions).

  • Not valid for resellers, wholesalers, distributors, or Polymaster employees (and their families).

5. Redemption Requirements:

  • Purchase must be made from an authorised Polymaster distributor or store.
  • Both (2) troughs must be included in the same invoice/transaction.
  • Limit: One (1) bonus broom is provided for every two (2) troughs purchased (e.g., Buy 2 Troughs = 1 Bonus Broom; Buy 4 Troughs = 2 Bonus Brooms).
  • The bonus item is provided at the time of purchase or delivery (subject to dealer stock).

6. Delivery Conditions:

  • Standard Polymaster delivery terms and freight charges apply to the purchase of Sweep Troughs.
  • The Bonus Broom will be delivered with the troughs.

Summer 2025-26 – Fire-Fighting Fundraiser – Buy a Unit. Help Our Fire Services

1. Promoter

The promoter is Polymaster Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 457 763) of 161 Karinie Street, Swan Hill, Victoria 3585 (the Promoter).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12:00 am AEDT on 1 December 2025 and ends 11:59 pm AEDT on 28 February 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
  • i) A $50 donation from Polymaster will be allocated to the relevant state fire service for each eligible unit sold during the campaign period.
  • ii) Donations will be made in one payment per state after the campaign concludes.
5. General Conditions
  • i) The promoter reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify any ineligible or fraudulent claims.
  • ii) Polymaster may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • iii) Decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Privacy

Summer 2025-26 – 31,700L & 50,000L Bulk Buy Water Tank Promotion

1. Promoter:

  • 50,000L Tank Pricing:

  • All two (2) tanks must be of the same product code (either both RWT31700 or both RWT50KL).
  • All tanks must be included in the same invoice/transaction.
  • Discount is automatically applied at point of purchase; no separate redemption form is required.

7. Delivery Conditions:

  • Free delivery to site applies only to Zone 1 areas for tanks exceeding 13,000 L (and, as such, includes this promotion)
  • Delivery charges may apply for areas outside the specified Zone 1 region.
  • Delivery to store only is available for tanks under 13,000 L (not applicable to this offer).
  • Tanks must be delivered to same address.

8. Inclusions:

  • Standard plumbing fittings are provided at no extra cost.
  • Upgraded or additional fittings can be purchased separately.

9. Combination with Other Offers:

10. Availability:
