Polymaster Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

By participating in these promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms and Conditions

  • GST: All pricing shown is inclusive of GST.
  • Stock Availability: These offers are available only through participating Polymaster distributors and stores. No rainchecks will be offered.
  • Combination with Other Offers: These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Polymaster discounts or promotions.
  • Delivery Conditions: Free Delivery applies within Polymaster Designated Delivery Zones only. Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas. For tanks smaller than 13,000L, there is a $110 Inc. GST charge to deliver on site. For all rainwater tanks, delivery is free to the closest Polymaster distributor within Zone 1.   • Customisation: Customisation options are available for large tanks, such as fitting locations, which will be completed at our manufacturing facility before delivery.
  • Dimensions: All dimensions provided are approximate only.
  • Warranty: Warranty periods advertised apply only to Polymaster manufactured products.
  • Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law.

Polymaster RM Williams Spring Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Polymaster Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 457 763) of 161 Karinie Street, Swan Hill, Victoria 3585 (the Promoter).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2025 (the Promotional Period). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia aged 18 years or older.

3.2 The promotion is open to end-user customers only and specifically excludes resellers, wholesalers, stockists, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies.

3.3 Entries must be submitted by individuals for personal or business use and not for resale or commercial distribution

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the promotion, an eligible entrant must during the Promotional Period:

1.  Spend AUD $2,500 (inc. GST) or more in a single transaction on any Polymaster products from an authorised distributor; and
2. Complete the entry form available at https://www.polymaster.com.au/polymaster-rm-williams-promotion by submitting the following details:

  • Full name;
  • Valid email address and contact number;
  • Name and location of the store where the purchase was made;
  • A clear and legible copy (image or PDF) of the tax invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

4.2 Only one (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction/receipt.

4.3 Entrants may submit multiple entries if they have made multiple, separate eligible purchases, each supported by a unique proof of purchase.

4.4 Duplicate entries using the same receipt will be disqualified.

5. Entry Requirements

5.1 The proof of purchase must clearly show:

  • The name and ABN of the authorised distributor or reseller;
  • The transaction date (within the Promotional Period);
  • A description of Polymaster products purchased; and
  • The total amount paid.

5.2 Each entry must be supported by a distinct, valid proof of purchase. Entries using the same receipt more than once will be disqualified.

5.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

6 .Prize Details

6.1 There are ten (10) prizes to be awarded. Each prize consists of:

  • One (1) pair of R.M. Williams Comfort Craftsman Boots (RRP $699).

6.2 The total prize pool is AUD $6,990 (inc. GST).

6.3 Winners may nominate their boot size, but no returns or exchanges will be accepted for incorrect sizing, width, or colour preference.

6.4 Only ‘Chestnut’ and ‘Black’ colours are available.

6.5 All boots will be supplied in Regular (G) width only.

6.6 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other items.

7. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

7.1 The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 10 December 2025 at the Promoter’s head office.

7.2 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. A total of ten (10) winners will be drawn.

7.3 Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.

7.4 The names of winners will be published on the Promoter’s website at https://www.polymaster.com.au/terms by 15 December 2025.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1 The Promoter will coordinate delivery of the prize to the winners within 28 days of the prize draw.

8.2 Prizes will be delivered to the address provided at the time of entry unless otherwise agreed.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.3 If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product of equal or greater value.

9.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or delayed entries or communications.

9.5 Any tax liability arising from participation in the promotion or receipt of the prize is the responsibility of the entrant.

10. Privacy

10.1 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion.

10.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.polymaster.com.au/terms.

10.3 By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, marketing, and promotional purposes (including via email), unless they advise otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia, as applicable. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those states, depending on where the entrant resides or where the relevant cause of action arises.
