DEF Transfer Pump
Self-priming, with an electric motor and no dynamic seals. Available as a standalone pump or as a portable kit with suction hose, foot valve, delivery hose and manual nozzle, in 12V or 240V.
Auto Shutoff Nozzle
Piusi automatic nozzle with magnetic lockout. Stops when the tank is full, so a fill doesn’t need watching and there’s nothing spilled on the ground.

Why DEF needs its own equipment
Contamination is the expensive failure
- Diesel exhaust fluid is held to ISO 22241, and it does not tolerate contamination. Dust, dirt, or residue from a hose that has carried something else can put an SCR system out of action. Parts certified for DEF contact are what keep the fluid to spec between the tank and the truck.
Not interchangeable with diesel equipment
- A diesel nozzle, hose or meter is not a substitute. DEF is corrosive to some materials that handle diesel without trouble, and cross-use introduces exactly the contamination the fluid cannot take.

DEF accessories questions
Can I use a diesel pump with AdBlue®?
No. Diesel exhaust fluid is corrosive to materials that handle diesel without trouble, and a hose or nozzle that has carried diesel will contaminate the fluid. Everything that touches DEF needs to be certified for it.
What flow rate do the pumps deliver?
The portable pump kits deliver up to 36 LPM free flow. That covers a truck top-up in a few minutes rather than the twenty a jerry can takes.
12V or 240V pump kits?
12V runs off a vehicle battery, which suits a ute pack or anywhere without mains power. 240V suits a fixed installation with power available. The portable kits come in both.
What is the difference between the manual and auto nozzles?
The manual nozzle needs someone holding it. The auto shutoff nozzle stops when the tank is full, so the fill doesn’t need watching and nothing ends up on the ground. Both are Piusi.
Can I add these DEF accessories to a tank I already have?
Yes. These parts are sold as additions to Polymaster DEF stations and as standalone items for existing setups. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll confirm what fits.
How do I know how much fluid is in the tank?
Either a clock level gauge, which is a mechanical dial you read at the tank, or the Ocio digital level indicator, which gives you a digital readout. Both mean you order before you run out.
What does the MC Box do?
It’s a fluid management system that records who dispensed what. Useful where DEF use needs to be accounted for by vehicle or driver, or where you want visibility over stock going missing.
Why does fluid quality matter so much?
An SCR system is a $20,000 component and contaminated fluid can destroy it. Diesel exhaust fluid is manufactured to ISO 22241, and keeping it to that standard through storage and dispensing is the whole point of using proper equipment.
