Piusi Cube 70 Dispenser
A complete dispenser in one unit at 350mm square. Self-priming vane pump at 70LPM, mechanical meter, auto nozzle, 4 metre hose and an integrated bypass valve. Mounts on a wall, a tank, a cistern, a drum or a pedestal, and runs off 240V mains.
Digital Turbine Meter

Pump-Only, Kit, or Cube - Choosing the Right Configuration
Polymaster’s diesel pump range covers three format options, each suited to a different application.
Standalone Pumps - For Adding to an Existing Setup
The DP72PUMP (230V), DP85PUMP (12V), and DP1224PUMP (12/24V) are standalone Piusi pump units without hose or nozzle – suitable for buyers who already have hose and nozzle equipment, or who need to match a pump to a specific tank or hose configuration. All are Piusi Panther vane pumps with integrated bypass valve and mesh filter.
Transfer Pump Kits - Pump Plus Hose and Nozzle
The DP85K and DP1224K include the pump, 4-metre diesel-grade hose, and auto nozzle and swivel as a complete kit – ready to connect directly to a diesel tank. The DP1224K (Piusi Panther DC) runs on 12V or 24V and delivers 70LPM at 24V or 35LPM at 12V. The DP85K (Piusi BiPump) delivers 85LPM at 12V with a 30-minute duty cycle, suited to higher-volume applications.
Piusi Cube - Compact Dispenser for Wall or Tank Mount
The Piusi Cube (CUBE56-12V and CUBE70-240V) is a complete self-contained diesel dispenser designed to mount on a wall, tank, cistern, drum, or standalone pedestal. It includes a pump, mechanical meter, auto nozzle, and 4-metre hose in a compact 350mm x 345mm x 315mm unit. The 12V model (CUBE56-12V) delivers 56LPM; the 240V model (CUBE70-240V) delivers 70LPM.
D-CONNECT2KIT - Linking a Dispenser to Bulk Storage
If you have a Polymaster bulk diesel storage tank and need to connect a separate dispensing unit, the D-CONNECT2KIT provides a plug-and-play 5-metre diesel hose connection including hosetail and copper earthing rod.
MCBOX FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Track and Control Fuel Usage with the MCBOX System
The MCBOX 120 User Monitoring System is a fuel access control and management system that works with your diesel or AdBlue pump setup to control who dispenses fuel and log exactly how much.
With the MCBOX, only authorised users can activate the pump. Each operator is assigned their own fob key. The system manages the pulse meter, supports pre-selection of dispensed quantity, and connects to an external printer for reporting.
Up to 120 individual user keys can be registered.

User keys are sold separately:
- Manager key in red (MCBKEYS-RED)
- User key packs of 10 in yellow (MCBKEYS)
The MCBOX system is the same fuel management technology included as standard in Polymaster’s Quantum series self-bunded diesel bunded stations and available as an option across the Terminal series AdBlue bunded stations.

What is the difference between the Piusi Cube and the transfer pump kits?
The Piusi Cube (CUBE56-12V and CUBE70-240V) is a compact self-contained dispenser designed to mount on a wall, tank, drum, or cistern. It includes a pump, mechanical meter, auto nozzle, and hose in a single 350mm x 345mm unit. The transfer pump kits (DP85K and DP1224K) are portable, non-mounted kits that come with a pump, hose, and nozzle but no enclosure or mounting bracket – suited to flexible deployment across different storage containers or vehicles.
What is the MCBOX fuel management system?
The MCBOX is a fluid monitoring and access control system that restricts pump operation to authorised users only. Each user is assigned a unique fob key. The system tracks dispensing by user, supports quantity pre-selection, manages the pulse meter, and can connect to an external printer. It is available in diesel (BMCB-D) and AdBlue (BMCB-A) configurations and requires separate fob keys (MCBKEYS-RED for managers, MCBKEYS 10-pack for users).
Can I connect a Piusi Cube or pump kit to a Polymaster bunded diesel tank?
Yes. All pumps and kits in this range are compatible with Polymaster’s diesel tank range. If you are connecting a separate pump or dispenser to a bulk storage tank, the D-CONNECT2KIT (RRP $495) provides a purpose-built plug-and-play 5-metre diesel hose connection with hosetail and copper earthing rod.
What flow rate do I need?
For farm and agricultural use where you are dispensing into tractors and smaller machinery, a 50-60LPM pump (such as the CUBE56-12V or DP1224K at 12V) is practical for most applications. For higher-volume applications such as refuelling trucks, heavy plant, or multiple vehicles per day, look at the 72-85LPM range (DP85K, DP85PUMP, CUBE70-240V, or DP1224K at 24V). The 30-minute duty cycle on most 12V pump models is sufficient for typical refuelling operations.
What is the solar panel kit (SPK) used for?
The Solar Panel Kit (SPK) is designed for use with Polymaster’s self-bunded diesel bunded station range in locations without access to mains or vehicle power. It provides the power supply needed to run the pump and controls off-grid. Contact our team to confirm compatibility with your specific tank model.
