Fire Fighting Ute Pack Specifications
Available in 200L, 400L, 600L and 800L capacities with a choice of 2.5HP or 5.5HP pumps, each unit is a tough, one-piece polyethylene moulding with an integrally mounted pump that saves tray space.

Polymaster compact packages are fitted with trusted, name-brand pumps matched to the unit. Choose the 2.5HP Mini Blaze for lighter-duty watering and spot fire work, or step up to the 5.5HP Honda-powered pump for serious pressure and flow.
2.5HP – Mini Blaze (MB25L)
Loncin/Onga pull-start petrol pump. Delivers 133 LPM at 21m head through a 25mm outlet. Ideal for tree watering, dust suppression, and rapid spot response where a lighter, more affordable unit suits the job. 1-year warranty.
5.5HP – Blazemaster (B55H)
Honda/Onga single-impeller pull-start petrol pump. Delivers 585 LPM at 60m head with three outlets (25mm, 25mm, 40mm) for higher pressure and greater reach when you need to move serious water. 2-year warranty.

Preparing Your Site
Truck and trailer clearance required is 19 metres long, 5 metres high, and 3.5 metres wide. Check for low branches or powerlines on your access route and ensure your gate and entrance can accommodate a 19m truck and trailer. A flat, clear area of at least 5 metres by 5 metres is required for unloading. Our logistics team will contact you approximately seven days before delivery to confirm your address and access requirements.

What size firefighting ute pack do I need?
It depends on your property size, water access, and how you plan to use the unit. As a general guide, 200L units suit quick spot response and tree watering, 400L and 600L units suit most rural and farm applications, and 800L units give you the most on-board water for larger properties or longer response times. Every compact package includes the tank, an integrally mounted pump, 12m of hose, and an adjustable firefighting nozzle. Units with the -HR suffix also include a 36m hose reel and fire fighting nozzle for extended reach.
Can I mount the unit on my ute tray myself?
Yes. The units are designed to sit directly on any flat surface, such as a ute tray, with provision for strap mounting. Wear pads underneath allow airflow and protect the tray. The integrally mounted pump means there is no separate pump to install.
What is the Bottom Fill Kit (BFK)?
The Bottom Fill Kit is an optional accessory that suits the 5.5HP compact fire units, allowing the tank to be filled from the bottom. Speak to our team about adding a BFK to your order.
Are these units Australian made?
Yes. Every Polymaster compact firefighting package is designed, engineered, and manufactured in Australia, built from high-strength polyethylene to perform in Australian conditions.
What can I use a compact firefighting unit for besides firefighting?
These units are versatile. Beyond firefighting, they are commonly used for tree and garden watering, dust suppression, general water cartage, and stock watering. The adjustable nozzle lets you switch between a jet and spray to suit the task.
How is the unit delivered and installed?
